Bookings for the school holidays are held by a ballot system 52 weeks out from the date of occupancy, being either April, July or September/October school holidays. Apartments can only be reserved and used by owners or their family or friends.  The Resort will not rent out on behalf of shareholders during this peak time.

If you are allocated an Apartment within the ballot system you can rent privately, (please keep in mind, the shareholder/owner(s) are responsible for any damage done to the property other than normal wear and tear when renting out. Any charges for loss or damage will be invoiced directly to you).
