Executive Director
Rick has been a Lake Edge Committee/Board member since 2004 and Chair from 2006 to 2024 and was appointed as Executive Director in 2025. Over this period he has been closely involved in two refurbishments, changes to the Unit Titles Act and more recently the transition of Lake Edge from a Body Corporate to a Limited Liability Company.
Rick’s business background includes senior sales and marketing positions with Unilever and Caxton, then thirty years as a partner of a management consultancy and food import, distribution and retail business. He is currently a part-owner, director of a contract manufacturing company producing cleaning and cosmetic products for local and export markets.
Rick and his wife Jill retired to Taupō in 2012 and maintain a strong link with the Lake Edge Team.
