Lake Edge Resort is a fully sold-out timeshare property incorporated as a limited liability company - Lake Edge Resort Limited. Each share in the company has an entitlement to one week each calendar year (January to December).
From time to time, existing shareholders will seek to sell their share/s. The Lake Edge team assist in the sale of share/s to prospective new owners.
Holiday Anywhere
Ownership provides you with an excellent holiday opportunity either at Lake Edge Resort or overseas via your choice of exchange organizations. Lake Edge, being a highly popular exchange resort, enhances owners’ exchange priority. This means you can expect to exchange your entitlement week/s at Lake Edge for some amazing holiday destinations and resorts worldwide for a small additional charge that is paid to the exchange company.
Excellent Value
Buying from an existing shareholder represents excellent value and in addition, the Lake Edge team can arrange the transfer of the share/s for a small fee. There is an annual maintenance levy which all shareholders are required to pay, and this is determined by the Lake Edge Resort Board of Directors each year. Currently this is set at $1,355 (incl GST) for 2026.

Everything was flawless, exceptionally tidy, and the kitchen was equipped with all necessary items. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. My children had a great time in the heated pool and gaming zone. The location is stunning, and staff greeted us with great warmth. We definitely recommend this resort.
