Wayne Keats

Wayne has been a board member since 2019 and was appointed Chairman in January 2025, with a mission to enhance environments that promote growth and sustainability. He has extensive experience in school governance and property management, with over 30 years in the real estate sector. Originating from Porirua, Wayne, along with his partner Charmaine and their young adult children, continue to cherish their time at Lake Edge.
